Terms of Service

1. The service

Click2Share lets creators publish AI prompts as shareable pages that visitors can view and copy. Visitors can use public pages without an account. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time; if we remove something you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You sign in with a magic link sent to your email or with Google. Keep access to that email and Google account secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information and don't impersonate anyone. Usernames that mislead or infringe others' rights may be reclaimed.

3. Your content

• You own what you publish. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute it only to operate and promote Click2Share (for example, showing public prompts in Explore or in link previews). The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by others.
• Public prompts may be copied and used by anyone who sees them; that's the point of publishing. Choose protected or unlisted if you want to limit access.
• You're responsible for passwords on protected prompts and for who you share them with. Titles, descriptions and link previews of protected prompts are visible to everyone.
• Only publish content you have the right to share.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Click2Share to:

• publish anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence;
• share malware, phishing, or prompts designed to cause real-world harm or to evade AI providers' safety systems for harmful ends;
• spam, scrape at scale, inflate views or copies, or interfere with the service or other users;
• break the law or the terms of the AI tools your prompts are used with.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Report problems to legal@notaislop.xyz.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

• There is no free plan. Publishing requires a paid plan (Starter, Creator or Pro, based on your page views), and each account is for a single creator: we don't offer team accounts. Plans and limits are listed on our pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, at the price shown when you subscribed. We'll give you notice before any price change takes effect.
• Upgrading or switching plans takes effect immediately and is prorated.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can resume before then.
• When a paid plan ends, you can't publish new prompts until you subscribe again. Prompts you've already published stay live, and paid features such as analytics are turned off.
• Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately and any remaining paid time is forfeited.
• Except where required by law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in your country) or where Dodo Payments' refund policy applies, payments for a period that has started are non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us. We're reasonable.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or where required by law. If we terminate a paid account without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of the current period.

8. Disclaimers

Click2Share is provided “as is”. Prompts are written by creators, not by us, and AI outputs vary. We don't guarantee that any prompt will produce a particular result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Click2Share is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you haven't paid us). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Click2Share after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
